After deciding which service is best for your event, you must put down a 20% deposit and sign an agreement to hold your bartender and bar for your date.
Now we are in the planning stages for your bar!
We plan in the beginning of your season.
We send a 2-step questionnaire through our client management app (honeybook) once your deposit is made.
Questionnaire #1 is the Menu planning, This is where we plan your signature cocktails and everything you would like behind your bar for your event!
Questionnaire #2 is all the info we MUST have for the Day Of your event to insure things run smoothly.
When you as the Client give us your final approval on your Signature drinks and planned bar service. Dashing Spirits will provide you with a detailed suggested shopping list for the client to go to the store with. Dashing Spirits directs clients to certain stores that have great return policies and that are familiar with Dashing Spirits services.
Depending on which service our clients choose we will arrive 2 hours - 30 minutes prior to the event start time. Also based on the answers from the second questionnaire, Dashing will park and enter accordingly.
