Why Dashing Spirits?

with more than two decades of hospitality experience, we believe exceptional service is about more than pouring drinks. From personalized planning and custom menus to thoughtful guest interactions, we focus on creating an effortless experience from start to finish.

Do you provide the alcohol?

NO! Dashing Spirits DOES NOT carry not carry a license to sell alcohol. We are what you would describe as a DRY HIRE. Dry hire bar service gives clients the freedom and control the purchase their own alcohol.

Dashing Spirits holds all of the state certifications and Liqour liability insurance that any venue requires.

Do you serve shots?

We DO NOT serve shots, This is intentional. Our goal is to help your celebration stay fun, safe and stress free from beginning to end. By serving cocktails instead of shots, we reduce the likelihood of overconsumption while still creating an incredible bar experience your guests will love.

Do you serve Mocktails too?

Absolutely! We specialize in handcrafted Mocktails made with fresh ingredients, house made syrups, herbs, citrus and premium mixers. Every drink is designed to be just as beautiful and enjoyable as a cocktail if not more.

Do you charge a travel fee?

We love to travel! We typically charge $150- $350 travel fee if your event location is outside of Maricopa County. This is subject to change.

What’s your deposit policy?

We require a minimum 20% deposit. Short-term notice bookings may require a larger deposit. Without a deposit there is no professional relationship established.

What do payments look like?

The 20% deposit upon booking. All funds are due 30 days before event day. You may ask us to split payments for your comfort. Any and all payments are through our CRM Honeybook, which accepts all types of card payments along with Zelle, Venmo and cash.

Can we do a cash bar?

No,We are unable to perform any transactions that contain alcohol. We follow all state laws regarding the sales and consumption of alcohol.

When should we book you?

Once you have your venue booked and know they accept bring your own bartenders.

We are unable to book clients until they have a confirmed venue specifically allows outside vendors.

Are you CERTIFIED and insured?

Yes! We have everything you need! Our bartenders are state certified to control liquor. We carry a $2 million liquor liability insurance policy and general liability insurance policy.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand some circumstances are beyond your control. However, deposits are non-refundable. Addionally, once the final payment is made- it cannot be refunded.
